![]() ![]() Obviously if you missed any achievements in the first two steps, you'll need at least a partial second playthrough anyway, so don't worry about this part too much and you can just finish a NG+ run in a short few hours with little trouble (the difficulty barely rises). I talked to someone who did it successfully and confirmed they had both endings unlocked before getting the NG+ achievement though, so it does appear possible. Warning: I tried to do this and it didn't work for some reason (I couldn't get it to work for Vampyr either though, so it might be me). Bear in mind, you will not get achievement notifications while offline, so you'll only know it worked after reconnecting to Live. The game will immediately end with no option to reload prior to the boss (loading your save will begin NG+ and force quitting during the cutscene doesn't work either), so by playing offline you can finish the game, then delete your local save ( NOT the cloud save) and once you reconnect to Live, you will download the cloud save from prior to the final boss allowing you to then get the second ending. There is a choice to be made after the fight, and each side of the choice will reward one ending and corresponding achievement. ![]() If you plan to only do one full playthrough, make sure you go offline prior to the final fight. ![]() Read the next step before initiating the final battle. Before moving to fight the final boss, review the achievement list and do any miscellaneous achievements you have left including any crafting-related stuff, and if you have not done the achievement for killing a boss with 30k scrap on hand, take that much into the final fight with you. Continue to explore thoroughly and get gear/weapons from every enemy you can. Also be sure to kill one of the three Delver echoes with the proper weapon. Enemy types will change in Part 2, meaning if you don't have a full schematic set, you'll also lose out on crafting 20 full sets for that achievement in your first playthrough.Īfter the turning point in the story above, make sure you start and pay attention to the specifics of the Iron Maus quest to get that achievement.
